This Look
In case you haven't realized, booties have been the "it" trend in footwear for the past few seasons (or years...). Booties, or ankle boots, are all over the place these days and you can find them in just about every shape, color and heal height for your preference.
Try a simple black pair that will go well with everything in your closet, or step outside the box (pun intended) in a colorful pair of eye-catching statement booties. My mom tried on a few pairs per my suggestion on our last trip to DSW and she was pleasantly surprised at how versatile these shoes are. Booties look great with a skinny or straight leg pant, they work perfectly with tights for a more done-up look, and once the weather warms up, you can even wear them with a dress or skirt to show off your bare legs.
