A fun way to create a new look in the fall/winter time is to swap out heels for a sleek pair of boots. These days, when you buy "riding boots" they are much more of a fashion statement than a barn yard necessity.
Try on a pair with tights and your latest office wear and you have a brand new look. For this look, I had my mom swap out her heals (which she really doesn't enjoy wearing for comfort-ability's sake) for these ultra comfortable, walk a mile in them, LAUREN by Ralph Lauren 'Micah' riding boots. She loves the comfort and I think they look great, without taking away from the office suitability. Although we just purchased these boots from our local DSW store, I cannot find them anywhere online (if you can find them, let me know!) Instead I have found an assortment of similar boots which are equally as attractive and comfortable looking.
